Acknowledgement of Receipt

Upon receiving a vulnerability report, we will acknowledge receipt of the report within 72 hours. Our team will assess the report and start the process of validating the issue.

Status Update

Throughout the process of investigating and addressing the reported vulnerability, we will keep the person who reported the issue informed of progress. We will provide status updates at least every 14 days until the vulnerability is resolved or mitigated.

Resolution Timeline

We are committed to acting on reported vulnerabilities in a timely manner. We aim to resolve reported issues within 90 days. If the resolution is expected to take longer, we will inform the reporter and provide an updated timeline.

Monitoring and Rectifying Vulnerabilities

We actively monitor for security vulnerabilities in all IoT products we sell, produce, or operate, as well as the associated services during the defined support period. Any vulnerabilities identified will be promptly addressed and remediated
