Smart MasterKey Account Update and New Features
We’re excited to share important updates about the future of Smart MasterKey (SMK). It has been an incredible journey, and we’re truly grateful for your continued support.
To strengthen our commitment to security and innovation, we’re transitioning to a new business model with updated pricing. We have offered our service on a free plan for years, but this change enables us to maintain the high level of service you expect while investing in the next generation of features, customer care, and support to enhance your experience.
New Subscription Tiers – Effective 1st August 2025
To all our exciting customers we are giving an additional 1 month period to get ready for our new pricing setup. The pricing structure effective date for existing customers will be 1st of August 2025.

Preparing for the Transition
As a result of the new per-user billing model, we strongly recommend that you review and update user rights who have received accesses (e.g., old employees, temporary contractors, or anyone who no longer requires access should be deleted). Then, you can avoid unnecessary costs and enhance security by ensuring that only authorised users have access.
If you do not select a plan then Smart Masterkey is entitled to immediately limit the functionalities of the Services. Existing access rights shared to users will remain in effect and working.
Please note: Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy have also been updated to reflect the new service model. We encourage you to review them.

After August 1st, you’ll still be part of the adventure, but if you haven’t added yourself to a payment plan by then, you won’t be able to add new users or unlock our latest advanced features, so gear up now!
