Last month, the Smart MasterKey team took a break from product roadmaps and customer meetings to experience something different — the Saaremaa Rally. It was a weekend of roaring engines, muddy roads, and high energy, perfectly reflecting the drive and determination we bring to our own work.
The Saaremaa Rally, one of Estonia’s most iconic motorsport events, brought together the country’s rally drivers and thousands of passionate fans. For us, it wasn’t only about watching the race. It was about reconnecting as a team, sharing experiences outside the office.
From the first start to the final stage, the atmosphere was electric. Standing by the track, watching the cars fly through gravel corners at full speed, reminded us of the same mix of precision, timing, and teamwork that drives Smart MasterKey forward. Just like rally teams rely on trust between driver and co-driver, we depend on close collaboration across our product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver highest quality mobile access solutions.
Our trip wasn’t all about speed and engines. We enjoyed good food, laughed over unexpected moments, and took time to talk about ideas for the months ahead. These shared experiences build the trust and motivation that keep our team strong.
